Xavier Delcour’s boys and girls, graduates of the school of nightclubbing, are tough, leather and rock. Starting from the undeniable principle that dandyism belongs to the masculine gender, the young Belgian offers his designs to both men and women. Hips encased in low-slung double belts, heads held high by stiff jacket collars, they strut on the catwalk with the diffident elegance of nocturnal creatures.
