Such softness… Moritz Rogosky’s fabrics are there to be stroked, his subtle palette – a muted peacock blue, dove grey, toned-down copper, moss green – are equally tactile, just as the ribbons loosely draped around the neck on evening suits. Intensely thought-out detail, the essence of masculine fashion, which can only draw on a limited vocabulary to express itself: appliquéd bag / wallet pockets, ruched elastic closures, kid piping… A country gentleman, rather than purely country aesthetic, urbane rather than urban – urbanity being a form of respect…
