To a soundtrack by Dani Siciliano (Jeff Buckley, Matthew Herbert and The Cure are also credited for their “help”), they strut the concrete floor of the rue de Turenne garage in their stocking feet, wearing “Night Porter” caps. Clean jeans, chain-embroidered tops, black orchid necklaces – the breakthrough man’s accessory this season – and a wet tee-shirt finale, with stoic boys dripping ice-cold water.
